Abstract
The evolution of writing with A2 students requires constant effort, even within the classrooms of the Instituto Superior Tecnológico del Austro. Many students arrive with significant difficulties in organizing their ideas, using grammatical structures correctly, and expressing their message. In response to this, the institution began to implement technological programs as a way to increase opportunities for practicing and obtain immediate feedback. This research project analyzes whether these resources lead to improvements in students' writing. The study uses a mixed-method approach and included a pre-test and post-test for two groups: an experimental group that worked with technological programs and a control group that was taught using traditional methods only. The perceptions of the students and the observations of the teachers were also collected in order to understand how the students experienced the process. The results show progress in the experimental group, especially in coherence, grammatical accuracy, and paragraph structure. In addition, the students who participated stated that they feel more confident when reviewing their texts and are more willing to correct errors spontaneously. The research concludes that technology programs are a good aid for writing practice in the early stages of teaching.
